Sessions focused on Time Management, Delegation, and Accountability. After the training sessions, the team engaged in group discussions and enjoyed a casual dinner at the golf bays. This provided an opportunity for everyone to connect, network, and bond outside of the office setting. It also allowed them to get to know each other on a more personal level, strengthening their relationships and promoting a positive work culture.
