The 510 team located at our 420 S. 104th Avenue Tolleson, Az facility continues to deliver high performance for our customer PepsiCo, this week PepsiCo presented 510 with the Q2 Top DDC (Detached Distribution Center) Financial Performance Award measured against 15 other sites in their network. The KPI’s that tie to this award are 1) Cost/PAL vs. last year 2) Forecast Accuracy 3) Plan Variance Adjustment 4) Damage Spent vs. last year and 5) Handling Cost/PAL vs. Last year.
The 510 team has now been recognized in both Quarter 1 and Quarter 2 and they will continue this momentum thru the remainder of the year.
